"Yoga has helped me stay sober. It calms me and provides me with a healthy way to manage stress (I used to try to use alcohol to do this and that is a very bad alternative!). As a result I am a better friend, daughter and even manager. It's no exaggeration to say it has changed my life, if not saved it. 

For me yoga heals the mind and soul and the physical benefits such as improved sleep, mobility, weight loss etc have been an added bonus. 

To be honest what surprised me the most was I never expected to love it so much! Obviously I can't thank you enough for this gift.
