
BIKRAM YOGA
Everybody can practice, regardless of age, form or ability.
Bikram Yoga works the body systematically with compression and stretching, movement, stillness and breath; Your heart rate will rise and fall, for a strong and safe cardiovascular workout; Promoting optimum function in all the systems in your body; Allowing organs, veins, arteries, ligaments and muscles, everything they need to achieve maximum function to support your health and equilibrium (an important step before the real work can begin).

Words talk and walk your body step by step, through every cell in your being. Egos left at the door and burdens literally blown out of the building. If you are looking for a Guru in your instructors, this is perhaps not the practice for you. You will work to find Love, respect and compassion, through your teacher in the mirror.
