THE POSTURES AND BREATHING EXERCISES PRACTICED IN THE BIKRAM YOGA SERIES, WORK EVERY PART OF YOUR BODY SYSTEMATICALLY. GIVING YOUR ORGANS, VEINS, ARTERIES, LIGAMENTS AND MUSCLES EVERYTHING THEY NEED TO ACHIEVE MAXIMUM FUNCTION AND MAINTAIN  ULTIMATE HEALTH.

If something is out of balance (your health, your head, your heart, your knees... anything... you may not even be able to discern exactly what it is) this practice will shine a light on it and start redressing equilibrium. You will tailor your practice to exactly what your body needs in any given class, by starting with 1% of a posture, listening, breathing and working to your best ability.

Each component of the series takes care of something different in the body and soul.  Together they work in synergy and contribute to the success of one another. Along with the compression and stretching, stillness and breath in the specific asanas, your heart rate will increase and reduce for a strong and safe cardiovascular workout promoting optimum function in all the systems in your body.

INFERNO Hot Pilates

Pilates principles combined with High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT).

 

Designed specifically for the hot room, (slightly cooler than our Bikram Yoga classes). 

Classes are guided and accompanied by various inspired, and highly motivational, soundtracks.

 

An intense, low impact, full body workout; It strengthens muscles and burns fat, your core will powerfully develop (your Yoga practice will deepen), you will get leaner and stronger and expand your mind to new levels..

 

Welcoming ALL levels of fitness.

Beginners are absolutely welcome.

 

The 60 minute classes pass quickly, the results stay.

ACHETYPAL BIKRAM ASANAS AND BREATHING EXERCISES

Of course not quite promising the results and benefits of a true Bikram class, yet - a wonderful power hour which will leave you energised, fabulous and ready for every thing. (Primarily created for you to let more Yoga in to your life. 3 is the magic number...4 for so much more ; ).

Same sequence as Bikram Rogue, but no words to follow, (therefore not suitable for beginners). Your instructors will practice alongside, guiding the flow of the class with breath and subtle clues. Allowing the bliss of silence.
