Bikram Yoga works the body systematically with compression and stretching, movement, stillness and breath;  Your heart rate will rise and fall, for a strong and safe cardiovascular workout; Promoting optimum function in all the systems in your body; Allowing organs, veins, arteries, ligaments and muscles, everything they need to achieve maximum function to support your health and equilibrium (an important step before the real work can begin).

Words talk and walk your body step by step, through every cell in your being. Egos left at the door and burdens literally blown out of the building. If you are looking for a Guru in your instructors, this is perhaps not the practice for you. You will work to find Love, respect and compassion, through your teacher in the mirror

Shining a light on anything that needs fixing (head, heart, knees, digestion...anything) This Yoga will start redressing balance from your first class. Each component takes care of something different in the body and soul.  Together the postures work in synergy and contribute to the success of one another.

SILENT ROGUE

Please chat to us before attending this class.

Same sequence as Bikram Rogue above, but no words to follow, (therefore not suitable for beginners). Your instructors will practice alongside, guiding the flow of the class with breath and subtle clues. Enjoy the bliss of silence.
