PLEASE…

 

1. Sanitise hands and check temp on arrival.

2. Give your full name to the teacher on the desk to sign in.

3. Promise to keep us updated of your vaccination status (this will not be shared). 

Tell us if you experience ANY adverse reactions, as you would for any injury.

 

Keep your space.

 

4. Place the top left corner of your mat on a ‘kiss’ on the Yoga Room floor.         

Currently 30 kisses on the floor, we can now hold 50! So please make space if you need to. 

                             

Regular Air changes will be given throughout. 

5. During the class breath only in and out of your nose (except for first & final breathing exercises).

 

6. Focus on calm breath always, let the words guide your body and have fun.

We recommend  that you do not practice for 3 weeks following any injection/booster and to then get your heart rate (resting and active) and blood pressure checked and signed off by your GP before returning.
